Where movies get learning and laughing to come together.


The idea
To have fun, of course, but not without meaning. Watchality has for goal to spread awareness among its users towards gender equality. Therefore our catalog features only movies that relate about this subject.
But we don't stop there! There are also interventions at the beginning of each movies made by experts (in sociology, health, psychology etc..) that bring knowledge and tips to our clients! We had the idea after long sessions of brainstorming and we produced a mindmap on the theme : "Promote Gender equality through education and awareness".




How did it all start?
Everything started with our desire to promote gender equality, so we made a school work on this topic. We knew we wanted something fun but we also knew we wanted to create something educational. In an era where children spend more and more time in front of screens, we figured we had a card to play there. We therefore created Watchality. The first streaming website that gets children to start learning.
Who is it for?
 Children and parents! We want to give kids the opportunity to watch movies they will enjoy but that will also make them grow as human beings. This is also a way for parents to adress certain matters that might be delicate to adress however. They can use experts advice present on the website. We want to encourage people to share knowledge and encourage equality in a fun and enjoyable way.



How does it work?
Easy! You just have to subscribe to our service and create an account on our website. Then we give you access to a whole movie catalog based on their success, what we think you will like etc.. You can even download them. Each movie is preceded by an expert's intervention on the subject and the theme of the movie.


How to use the app ?

The app is pretty straightforward to use! You download it from the app store. Then you log in to your account and have access to hundreds of movies! Just select the one you are in the mood for, listen to the expert's advice if you want and most importantly, enjoy!
What do we need now ?
To reach the next level we need YOU. Developing such a project takes expertise and funds. Unfortunately we are bringing all we got to the table but we don't have all the knowledge necessary to bring it to life. We are looking for web-designers with expertise that could help us go live as well as investors to help us verify the solidity of the project. We count on you!
